VOTD: Mortal Kombat vs. Oregon Trail

I gotta thank my friends on FB who post videos on their pages from time to time. I saw this particular video and decided to share it with my fellow Whargarblers. Somebody took the time to put Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and Oregon Trail together......to me, this is pure genious. What do all of you think? Feel free to comment if ya like it or hate it......just want to hear your views

Jack Bauer Has Left the Building

Yes it's true, Jack is hitting the road and not coming back. All the talks of NBC picking up the TV series 24 is not happening. Sorry to all your Jack Bauer fans, it was a good run. The thought of selling the series over to another station was in mind as FOX was approached by NBC to pick up the series for a final season. It seems that none of the other stations are going to do so. Last season's stats were just too low and the dry spell of fans that the show went through just hit harder than ...

Last Airbender Japan Trailer

You know.. It's really trailers like this one that makes me wonder what it is that America is doing wrong trying to promote these movies? Maybe it's the cool Japanese voice talking over the trailer, or maybe just the awesome new visuals that the trailer gives us. One thing is for sure, if this was the only trailer I saw from this movie, I might have been sold from the get go. Come on in, let us know what you think.

VOTD: A Video Game Quintet

Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World Teaser Trailer

It seems that there are a lot of movies coming out that are a live-action adaptations of comic books coming out. Marvel is leading the way with their films, and DC is making big moves as well. Other movies such as Wanted and The Losers are following suit. This film is no different. Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World is a comic from Oni Press and the first trailer hit the internet for the film. SYNOPSIS: Meet charming and jobless Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera). A bass guitarist for garage band ...

Last Airbender Trailer #2

A new trailer has just been released for M. Night Shyamalan's live-action adaptation of the cartoon series Avatar: The Last Airbender. The last trailer drew me in, this one pushes me back a bit, somehow the voices just do not match the characters for me as you hear each of the main characters speak, and we also hear Noah Ringer's voice for the first time. We also get more battle scenes and a more plot concentrated trailer than the first which showed mostly action. M. Night Shyamalan's Ava...

International Picks: Adventures Extraodinaire d’Adele Blanc-Sec

It's been a while since we've had a good adventure flick come to theaters. It seemed as if Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was going to be the one to bring back the falling genre. The film proved to be an epic fail of it's own when released in theaters. We've had a few movies that tried to take the throne of Harrison Ford's Indiana Jones. To name a few Matthew Mac... with Sahara, Brendan Fraser with The Mummy series and other small adventure movies. However it didn't seem to o...
