Thundercats 2011

THUNDER THUNDER THUNDER….Well, you know the rest of the saying…at least most of you. Following the current trend of remakes and reboots, it looks like Thundercats, the famous cartoon from the 80′s, will be coming back to entertain a new generation on Cartoon Network. Warner Bros. and Studio4°C, producers of The Animatrix and Halo Legends, breathed new life into the cartoon and as you can see the characters have been given updated looks (www.ontheredcarpet.com).  I am curious to see what the other characters who were excluded from the picture look like (twins WilyKit and WilyKat, and Snarf) and how the new show holds up to the 80′s version. We will just have to wait and see. They say that you can’t know where you’re going until you know where you’ve been, so on that note I leave you with an intro to the old Thundercats show…THUNDERCATS! HO!
