This time I come back to the reggae/rock genre and I’m bringing you a review of new material by Natural Incense and their latest album is called “Simple Is The Way”. This is the fourth album from Natural Incense and all the band memebers have stated that this is their best work to date. The band members are: Eric Singer-lead vocals/vox/guitar/keys, Evan Davies-bass/vocals/vox/keys/flute, and Brent Wetli-drums/percussion. Simple Is The Way was released December 31, 2010. Here’s the track listing:
1. Simple Is The Way
2. City That’s A Bubble
3. Television Life
4. This Man
5. Them Girls
6. Part Of The Game
7. I Found You
8. Happy Dayze
9. Catch me
10. We Are One
11. Pennies For The Few
Natural Incense: Simple Is The Way is an album that’s easy on the ears and great to listen to for when the listener wants to relax. For once there is not a single song on the album that has a weed reference and is lyrically herb free. This was a fun album to listen to and enjoyed every single song. My personal favorities from Simple Is The Way were: Simple Is The Way, Television Life, This Man, Part Of The Game, We Are One, and Pennies For The Few. Though I have my favorite songs, there’s not one song off of this album any one could possibly dislike. With that said, my rating for Natural Incense: Simple Is The Way is deccent album. If you’re still not convinced if the album is worth your time, here’s Natural Incense with their song “Pennies For The Few”. The video below features artwork paintings from the arist MOT…enjoy:
